There’s a particular kind of feeling that’s hard to explain, when your life looks right, but doesn’t feel it.
It isn’t a sudden collapse. It’s quieter than that. A persistent sense that something isn’t quite right, paired with no clear way to fix it. I remember feeling this myself. I had worked through my past, gained my qualifications, and was progressing in my career, but I felt disconnected from what I actually wanted, who I was, and what I was working towards.
What I needed wasn’t more advice or another plan. I needed space to think clearly, to question honestly, and to understand myself without pressure. That’s what coaching gave me.
A way of thinking that helped me find my own answers. A process that reconnected me with my values, clarified my decisions, and gave me a sense of direction that genuinely felt like mine. That experience shapes how I work today.
My coaching isn’t about pushing you towards goals or giving you answers. It’s about creating a calm, grounded, non-judgemental space where you can explore deeply, think clearly, and see things with greater awareness.
I bring together professional coaching practice with a background in learning, behaviour change, and emotional intelligence. But more importantly, I bring presence, careful listening, and the ability to help you uncover what’s often just beneath the surface.
Together, we work to understand what’s really going on, not just at the level of decisions, but at the level of identity, beliefs, and internal conflict. Because real change doesn’t come from force. It comes from understanding.
